Vice President of El Salvador, Félix Ulloa, held a meeting with Guy Nae, Director of the Public Sector of Google Cloud Latin America, to discuss the country’s digitalization efforts, particularly in education and government modernization.
Authorities confirmed on Wednesday that the meeting was part of the government’s ongoing efforts to modernize various aspects of daily life in El Salvador. Discussions focused on digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives, and the implementation of innovation policies aimed at enhancing public administration.

Also in attendance was the Executive Director of the Higher School of Innovation in Public Administration (ESIAP), who provided updates on strategic modernization projects within the country.
During the discussions, Nae praised El Salvador’s progress in technological advancements and expressed support for the proposed Law for the Promotion of Artificial Intelligence, an initiative designed to further drive innovation and digital development in the country.
This meeting marks another step in El Salvador’s commitment to embracing new technologies and fostering a more digitalized and efficient public sector.
