El Salvador continues to make strides in institutional modernization and digital transformation across government agencies, bringing public services closer to citizens with greater efficiency and transparency.
On Tuesday, the National Administration of Aqueducts and Sewers (ANDA) received an award from Google Cloud for its leadership in implementing innovative technological solutions. The recognition highlights ANDA’s progress in digitalizing processes, using secure cloud platforms, and improving service quality for Salvadorans.
“This recognition from Google Cloud is for our digital transformation efforts. It fills us with satisfaction because we have improved customer service and strengthened our institutional experience by keeping all our systems secure in the cloud,” said ANDA President Dagoberto Arévalo.
He added that technology now ensures information is safely stored while allowing users across the country to access services and submit requests in real time.
The award was presented by Adrien Messih, Google Cloud’s representative, who praised El Salvador’s commitment to modernization. “President Bukele is a pioneer in Central America and globally. All the innovations and resources he is putting at the disposal of El Salvador’s institutions are vital, and we are proud to accompany the country and its government in this modernization process,” he stated.
The Government of President Nayib Bukele reaffirms its commitment to innovation and the modernization of the State, ensuring that more institutions follow this path to streamline services and improve citizens’ experience.
