El Salvador’s #DosEscuelasXDía Rebuilds Schools Nationwide.

President Nayib Bukele’s government is leading the #DosEscuelasXDía (Two Schools per Day) project to reconstruct and modernize school infrastructure throughout El Salvador. This ambitious initiative has already delivered the first two rehabilitated schools: Santa Clara Canton School Center in San Luis Talpa, with a $3.8 million investment benefiting 860 students, and El Zapotal Canton School Center in Chalatenango Sur, with $1.3 million benefiting 149 students.

The project focuses on rebuilding safe, modern learning environments, including accessibility for persons with disabilities, and providing high-speed internet through fiber optics and Starlink satellite connections. This effort generates jobs, promotes educational equity, and improves quality of life for thousands of children.

President Bukele has affirmed that this initiative is part of a larger vision to transform El Salvador into a country with modern social services and equal opportunities, highlighting that although much remains to be done, significant progress is underway.
