El Salvador is at the top of the countries with the greatest recovery in international travel

An analysis carried out by the consulting firm ForwardKeys showed the percentage by which international travel has decreased or increased in different regions and countries of the world in the first 3 months of the year, resulting in El Salvador as the most resilient country to achieve an increase of 39%.

“Tourism worldwide is one of the most affected by COVID-19 and its recovery is still a challenge. El Salvador once again shows its resilience and that only by working in coordination, as we do in the government of President Nayib Bukele, we continue to lead in the region” — tweeted the Minister of Tourism, Morena Valdez.

El Salvador has proven to be the leading country in the Latin American and Caribbean region, with the best results so far in the first quarter of 2022, demonstrating the efficiency and commitment of the government to the development of the nation.
