El Salvador has officially launched its August Festivities, one of the country’s most important cultural celebrations, with the traditional Mail Carrier Parade, a historic event that marks the beginning of a week of activities honoring the Divine Savior of the World, the nation’s patron saint.
The colorful parade, recognized as a symbol of the opening of the festivities, brings together thousands of Salvadorans and visitors to celebrate the country’s religious traditions, cultural heritage, and community spirit.
At the same time, the San Salvador Mayor’s Office inaugurated the August Fair, offering a wide range of family-friendly attractions and entertainment.
