“We are pleased to strengthen our ties of cooperation with the Diplomatic Institute of the Portuguese Republic, which aims to enhance capacities for the development of strategic studies and research,” stated Deputy Foreign Minister Adriana Mira.

This initiative seeks to promote academic and institutional cooperation between the two foreign ministries, focusing on improving training methodologies, sharing best practices in foreign policy, and advancing research projects of mutual interest.
