After Las Vegas Talks, U.S. Growth Holdings Arrive in El Salvador to Scout Investments.

Following Vice President Félix Ulloa Jr.’s recent visit to Las Vegas, where he met with hospitality leaders Philippe Ziade of Growth Holdings and Steve Escalante, a U.S. business delegation has now arrived in El Salvador to see firsthand the country’s potential for tourism and development projects.

Led by Ziade and Escalante, and joined by Consul General Silvia Romero, the group’s agenda includes site visits to key investment locations, particularly in the Surf City II area. Our goal is to experience the business climate, assess opportunities, and explore the competitive advantages that El Salvador offers, said Ziade.

During their meeting in San Salvador, Vice President Ulloa reiterated the government’s commitment to legal certainty, economic stability, and an investment-friendly environment under President Nayib Bukele. He emphasized that the country’s current security conditions are attracting international investors across multiple sectors, including real estate, hospitality, construction, and technology.

The delegation, which also includes Senior Advisor Joseph Campos and Growth Construction President Patrick Ziade, will tour coastal tourism spots and evaluate projects that could strengthen El Salvador’s position as a world-class destination.
