Grupo Ternova, a leading Salvadoran business group, has officially launched Nneo Smart Properties, its new division focused on logistics, industrial, and real estate solutions. The launch was marked by the inauguration of Nneo Nejapa, positioned as the largest and most modern logistics park in El Salvador.
With a medium-term investment of $180 million, Nneo Smart Properties aims to establish itself as the most important logistics hub connecting El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras, and as a regional benchmark in sustainability, efficiency, and innovation.

“With Nneo Smart Properties, we are taking a decisive step toward the future of infrastructure in the region,” said Rodrigo Tona, CEO of Grupo Ternova. “This is not just a logistics park; it’s a platform for investment, operational efficiency, and transformative solutions.”
Nneo Nejapa: First-Class Infrastructure
Located in the strategic Nejapa logistics corridor, the Nneo Nejapa project benefits from strong connectivity to Guatemala, Honduras, ports, and El Salvador International Airport. With a $100 million investment, the park currently boasts over 85% occupancy, hosting top regional retail firms and one of the Northern Triangle’s largest food producers.
The site offers over 110,000 square meters of high-standard logistics infrastructure, including:
- High-resistance industrial flooring
- AI-powered access control systems
- Human-centered design features
- Energy-efficient construction
It is also undergoing EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) certification, reinforcing its commitment to environmental sustainability.
“We want to be the ideal strategic partner for our clients to operate efficiently, grow sustainably, and match their real estate needs to their expansion plans,” added Tona.
Second Phase: Nneo 2 Underway
Rodrigo Samayoa, Director of Real Estate Development at Nneo, confirmed that Nneo 2, the second logistics park, is already under development and will double installed capacity, targeting sectors such as light manufacturing, regional e-commerce, and international trade.

Tona emphasized that the group’s long-term vision is to build globally competitive infrastructure and reinforce investor confidence in El Salvador.
“Just as we did with Hugo and other initiatives within the group, we’re showing that El Salvador can deliver world-class projects. Our track record speaks for itself: vision, execution, and trust,” he concluded.
