International Cyclists Arrive for High-Stakes Tour El Salvador 2025.

Cycling teams from around the world are arriving in El Salvador for the highly anticipated Tour El Salvador 2025, a prestigious race classified under the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) 2.1 category. The competition will feature elite international squads, promising an intense battle for the top positions.

The event kicks off on Tuesday, April 1, with the Grand Prix Surf City UCI 1.1, taking riders from the Historic Center of San Salvador to the renowned Surf City coastline. The official inauguration is set for Wednesday, April 2, at 3:30 p.m. in the Historic Center, followed by the prologue, a 2-kilometer individual time trial.

– Grand Prix Presidente (April 9): Ruins of San Andrés – Cerro Verde

– Grand Prix Boquerón (April 10): Ecoparque El Espino – Boquerón (hill climb time trial)
