El Salvador Promotes Trade and Culture at David International Fair 2025.

El Salvador made a strong impression at the 68th David International Fair 2025 in Chiriquí, Panama, held from March 13 to 23. With over 500 exhibitors and 300,000 visitors, the event provided a key platform for showcasing Salvadoran exports, tourism, and investment opportunities.

On March 18, El Salvador’s participation featured two stands highlighting its cultural identity and renowned Café de El Salvador, with tastings in honor of Pacamara Coffee Day. The country’s top tourist destinations, including its beaches, historical landmarks, and gastronomy, were also promoted through immersive displays.

A fashion showcase featured Salvadoran craftsmanship, including summer textiles from SMODA and high-quality leather accessories from Arte y Piel. Adding to the cultural appeal, the folkloric group Ritmos de mi Tierra captivated audiences with traditional dances set to iconic Salvadoran songs.

Beyond exhibitions, Salvadoran Ambassador Zoraida Panameño strengthened business ties with Chiriquí’s Chamber of Commerce and local authorities to enhance trade and investment. She emphasized, “El Salvador is undergoing a historic transformation, with economic stability, security, and modernization creating new business opportunities.”

El Salvador’s presence at the fair reinforced its economic and cultural strengths, fostering international connections and inviting the world to experience its rich heritage and growing potential.
