Applaudo and the Escuela Superior de Innovación en la Administración Pública (ESIAP) have partnered to offer training programs that will equip government officials with essential technology skills to drive digital transformation in public institutions.
The initiative, delivered through the GovTech Academy, will combine online and in-person sessions at Applaudo’s training center. Courses will cover topics such as artificial intelligence, digital transformation, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analysis, benefiting both public servants and leadership roles in government.

As part of the agreement, Vice President Félix Ulloa visited Applaudo’s facilities to explore its innovation ecosystem and Cyber Defense Center, which provides cybersecurity services to national and international institutions.
“The digital transformation of the public sector is essential for modernizing services and benefiting the Salvadoran people,” Ulloa stated, citing El Salvador’s existing alliance with Google Cloud as an example of the country’s commitment to technological advancement.
Applaudo CEO César Bendeck emphasized the company’s role in supporting public sector modernization. “We are committed to providing specialized training and developing high-impact technological solutions that enhance public services,” he said.

This partnership marks another step in El Salvador’s push to integrate cutting-edge technology into government operations.
