The Ambassador of El Salvador to Sweden, Patricia Godínez, recently met with Susana Olsson, Director of Education in Uppsala, to discuss cooperation in education. Topics included the exchange of best practices, teacher training, and technical collaboration.

The meeting highlighted the leadership of El Salvador’s First Lady, Gabriela de Bukele, through programs such as “Crecer Juntos” and “Mi Nueva Escuela,” which focus on early childhood development and fostering future generations of responsible citizens.

Ambassador Godínez also visited Gränbyskolan, where she presented the “El Salvador Renace” initiative, promoting Salvadoran culture, trade, and international connections with Swedish youth. During her meeting with Johanna Lindqvist, Director of Gränbyskolan, the discussion emphasized pedagogical innovation, teacher training, and opportunities for experience-sharing to strengthen educational ties between the two nations.
