The Government of El Salvador has held a productive first meeting with British Ambassador, Ramin Navai, to discuss opportunities for collaboration aimed at boosting private investments and cultural initiatives in the country. The meeting, attended by the Executive Director of the Municipal Corporation for the Management of Cultural and Social Activities (COAMSS), Luis Rodríguez, also addressed the strengthening of COAMSS and the development of a metropolitan cultural strategy within the Orange Industry.

Ambassador Navai and Rodríguez reviewed a comprehensive plan focused on attracting private investments to El Salvador, with an emphasis on strategic alliances that will benefit both sectors. The collaboration aims to foster economic growth while enhancing cultural initiatives in the metropolitan area.
Miguel Kattan, a key participant in the discussions, highlighted the importance of these efforts in promoting El Salvador’s cultural and economic landscape. “Building strong partnerships and strengthening our cultural industries is crucial to driving sustainable development in El Salvador,” he noted.
This first meeting marks a positive step in deepening the bilateral ties between El Salvador and the United Kingdom, creating a foundation for future cooperation in both investment and cultural sectors.
