A year after President Nayib Bukele’s meeting with Cathie Wood, founder of ARK Invest, El Salvador is embarking on an education revolution aimed at shaping the future of technology. The country is set to introduce a cutting-edge AI and robotics program, which will be piloted in 20 schools in La Libertad in 2025. This new curriculum focuses on science, technology, mathematics, computing, and English.

Cathie Wood expressed her enthusiasm for the initiative through a post on her X account, stating, “ARK Educate is honored to contribute to El Salvador’s progressive approach to education. Making it age-appropriate for all grades, we believe that ARK Invest’s research will inspire El Salvador’s students to reach for the stars, and Mars!”

This collaboration signals a significant step in El Salvador’s push to integrate advanced technology into its educational system, ensuring that future generations are well-equipped for careers in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
