President Bukele’s Government Offers Full Scholarships for Aspiring Aeronautical Maintenance Technicians.

The Mayor’s Office of La Libertad Sur has announced that full scholarships will be awarded to young individuals interested in becoming certified as Aeronautical Maintenance Technicians through a specialized course offered by Aeroman, the leading aircraft maintenance company in El Salvador.

This opportunity, which is a collaborative effort between Aeroman, the Gloria Kriete Foundation, the Dardano Group, and the Mayor’s Office of La Libertad Sur, aims to provide young people with the skills and certification needed for a successful career in the aviation industry.

The training course will be held at Ilopango International Airport, and classes are scheduled to begin in January. The scholarship program is open to young people between the ages of 17 and 21 who are committed to completing the course and attending all classes without absence.

To apply, interested candidates must register by contacting the Mayor’s Office of La Libertad Sur at 7608-5954. The program offers a unique opportunity for those who are passionate about aviation and are looking to gain hands-on experience in one of the most demanding fields of maintenance and repair.

Aeroman, which has been a leader in aircraft maintenance for over 35 years, is the only company in El Salvador providing this kind of specialized training. With this certification, graduates will be equipped to enter a rapidly growing and highly skilled workforce in the aviation sector, both locally and internationally.

This initiative is part of ongoing efforts by the local government and its partners to provide youth with opportunities for professional development and stable careers. The collaboration between private and public entities, such as Aeroman, the Gloria Kriete Foundation, and Grupo Dardano, underscores a shared commitment to empowering young Salvadorans with the skills they need to succeed in the global economy.

Young people in La Libertad Sur and surrounding areas are encouraged to take advantage of this valuable opportunity to launch their careers in aviation and aircraft maintenance.
