President Nayib Bukele’s High Approval Soars After Reelection Victory.

President Nayib Bukele of El Salvador has seen a significant surge in positive public perception following his reelection, with approval ratings reaching an impressive 92%, according to TResearch INTERNATIONAL.

Carlos Penna, the General Director of TResearch INTERNATIONAL, stated this morning that President Bukele’s positive image has soared above 90% following the February 4th elections.

“In our latest poll, we reached a remarkable 92% in positive image for President Nayib Bukele,” said Penna in a televised interview on Frente a Frente.

Bukele secured victory in the presidential election last February with an unprecedented 2,701,725 votes, making him the most popular presidential candidate in El Salvador’s history.

Penna noted the unusual voter behavior during the recent municipal and Parlacen elections held this month, suggesting that the focus was largely on the presidential reelection.

President Bukele is set to begin his second consecutive term on June 1st, following a constitutional ruling by the Sala de lo Constitucional enabling immediate presidential reelection.

The overwhelming support and record-breaking victory signify a strong mandate for President Nayib Bukele as he prepares to lead El Salvador into a new era of governance.
