Thousands of Salvadorans enjoyed festivities, concerts, and activities this past weekend alone

During the weekend, El Salvador received great artists such as the famous Bad Bunny and enjoyed the traditional San Miguel Carnival; both events were successfully carried out, as was the final of the Surf City El Salvador ALAS Pro Tour tournament on the beaches in the eastern part of the country.

The best surfers in Latin America participated, from Wednesday, November 23 to Saturday, November 26, in the tournament held in Playa Las Flores, San Miguel, thanks to the fact that the country has the best waves in the world for this type of competition.

Among other activities, the inauguration took place on November 26 of the new Starbucks branch at the Café Teatro, located within the facilities of the National Theater, in the Historic Center of San Salvador.

Regarding these activities, the President of the Republic, Nayib Bukele, stressed on his Twitter account that “El Salvador had concerts, a surf tournament, inaugurations, carnival, and activities everywhere,” and emphasized that in this way the two main lies of some media and NGOs about the country’s economy going badly and that people are afraid of the emergency regime were exposed.

On the other hand, regarding other cultural events, on Thursday, November 18, the National Ballet of El Salvador and the Symphony Orchestra of El Salvador, together with international artists, presented the show “Swan Lake” at the Presidente Theater, San Salvador.

Likewise, the Directorate of Registration of Cultural Assets commemorated the declaration as a Cultural Asset of Plaza Salvador del Mundo in San Salvador in accordance with the declaration of November 26, 2012.

On Sunday, November 27, the government of El Salvador developed the Claudia Lars Circuit Pedal with the aim of promoting the practice of sustainable mobility and with the participation of hundreds of people.
