The war against the gangs promoted by the government of President Nayib Bukele has allowed the dismantling of 150 criminal structure camps, Defense Minister René Francis Merino Monroy reported Tuesday.
According to the Minister of Defense, the tactics implemented by the National Civil Police (PNC) and the Armed Forces have made it possible to dismantle more than 150 camps, making significant seizures of large-caliber weapons and drugs.
He assured us that the integration and effective use of all the capacities of the government institutions allows the effectiveness and efficiency of the actions carried out for the benefit of the population.
The government of President Bukele remains firm in the war against the gangs in order to bring peace and tranquility to the community that for years lived in anxiety. To date, more than 44 terrorists have been put behind bars.
