The Minister of Agriculture, Enrique Parada, stated that the simultaneous delivery of agricultural packages continues in order to benefit the producers of basic grains and food packages for the fishing sector on a national scale.
Similarly, Enrique Parada announced that coffee supplies will be delivered to Salvadorans next week.
“We are making simultaneous deliveries of agricultural packages to our farmers and food packages to the fishing sector, which is dedicated to marine shrimp fishing. Next week we will deliver coffee inputs. We work for our national productive sector” — said the official.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAG) has already enabled 267 points for the delivery of packages, of which 261 are mayors, regardless of the political party that governs them.
The investment for the delivery of supplies amounts to $50,000 and began last Monday, May 16, and will end on July 5, a period in which supplies are expected to be delivered to 600,000 basic grain producers.
