The president of the Autonomous Executive Port Commission, Federico Anliker, announced that El Salvador will receive one of the largest cruise ships in the world next weekend at the Port of Acajutla.

The Norwegian Jewel, a cruise ship that has the capacity to transport 2,376 passengers.

«This Sunday, April 3, we will be receiving one of the largest cruise ships in the world, the Norwegian Jewel, at the Port of Acajutla. it has a capacity for 2,376 passengers and several of them come to see our beautiful El Salvador» — Anliker highlighted through his Twitter account.

According to TVN Noticias, the Norwegian Jewel recently docked in the city of Colón, Panama. The media added that the ship transports hundreds of tourists.
