OPAMSS Advances Large-Scale Urban Development in El Salvador With $80 Million TREVO Project

El Salvador is advancing a major private investment project in Antiguo Cuscatlán with the launch of TREVO, an $80 million development expected to create approximately 2,000 jobs.

The TREVO project, developed by BOLIVAR, was officially launched as a new milestone for investment and urban development in the Antiguo Cuscatlán area. The initiative will feature two 15-story towers, establishing the first phase of a broader mixed-use district development.

Beyond the initial towers, the long-term vision includes a diverse urban environment incorporating residential, business, healthcare, education, and public spaces. The development is designed to bring multiple services and activities together within an integrated district.

With an estimated $80 million investment, TREVO is also expected to contribute to employment generation, creating approximately 2,000 jobs throughout the project.

The launch highlights continued private-sector confidence in El Salvador’s investment environment while supporting the expansion of modern infrastructure and mixed-use urban developments around the San Salvador metropolitan area.

TREVO represents a significant addition to Antiguo Cuscatlán’s development landscape and could help strengthen the area as a hub for residential, commercial, educational, and professional activity.
