El Salvador continues to strengthen its position as an attractive investment destination, welcoming a delegation of potential international investors interested in exploring business opportunities across key sectors of the country’s economy.
During the visit, the delegation examined investment prospects in energy, tourism, real estate, finance, and other strategic industries, reflecting growing international interest in El Salvador’s expanding economic landscape. The meetings were aimed at identifying new opportunities for collaboration and fostering long-term partnerships.
Secretary of Commerce and Investments Miguel Kattán met with the prospective investors to discuss initiatives that could facilitate future projects while highlighting the government’s commitment to supporting investment through coordinated institutional efforts. The discussions also focused on creating favorable conditions for sustainable economic growth and private sector development.
The investment mission, carried out in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, forms part of El Salvador’s broader strategy to attract foreign direct investment, diversify its economy, and generate new opportunities for innovation, job creation, and long-term national development.
