El Salvador has extended a humanitarian assistance offer to Venezuela, reinforcing its commitment to international solidarity and emergency response cooperation. President Nayib Bukele announced that the Salvadoran government, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has made available a comprehensive relief mission prepared to assist Venezuelan authorities.
According to the president, a contingent of 300 rescuers and paramedics stands ready to travel to Caracas, accompanied by 50 tons of equipment, medicines, and essential supplies. The deployment is designed to provide immediate support in emergency response, medical care, and humanitarian relief efforts if the Venezuelan government chooses to accept the assistance.
The initiative highlights El Salvador’s growing capacity to respond to crises beyond its borders and reflects the country’s willingness to collaborate with regional partners during challenging circumstances. The proposed mission would bring together specialized personnel and critical resources aimed at helping affected communities and strengthening emergency operations on the ground.
By offering rapid-response humanitarian aid, El Salvador continues to demonstrate its commitment to regional cooperation, disaster relief, and the protection of human life throughout Latin America.
