Angel Stadium Shines Blue and White in Honor of Salvadoran Heritage Day.

For the second year in a row, the Los Angeles Angels hosted a special game in honor of Salvadoran Heritage Day, paying tribute to the culture, traditions, and vibrant presence of the Salvadoran community in Southern California.

Held on June 29 at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, the event brought together thousands of fans—many proudly waving the blue and white of El Salvador—creating an atmosphere filled with national pride and community spirit.

As part of the celebration, attendees received commemorative t-shirts, which were worn by Salvadorans and friends from other nationalities alike, turning the stadium into a sea of shared joy and cultural unity.

“It’s a way to honor our roots and connect with our people,” said one attendee, capturing the spirit of the evening.

Before the game began, the Consulate General of El Salvador in Los Angeles hosted an outreach booth, offering information about the consular services available to Salvadorans living in the city. The initiative was well-received by the diaspora, who continue to maintain strong ties to their homeland through such events.
