El Salvador’s Message to the World: Security and Vision Drive National Growth.

El Salvador made a strong impression during the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development in Seville, Spain, where Foreign Minister Alexandra Hill emphasized the nation’s remarkable progress under the leadership of President Nayib Bukele. Representing the country at this high-level forum, Hill underscored how El Salvador has undergone significant structural transformation.

“El Salvador participates in this conference with a deep conviction — transformation is possible; and our country is living proof of that,” said Minister Hill. She went on to affirm that “countries that choose to act with vision and determination can and will change their destiny.”

During her address, Hill pointed to the unprecedented improvements in national security and sustainable development achieved in recent years. “El Salvador, under the leadership of President Bukele, has overcome structural challenges that for decades seemed impossible,” she stated.

Hill was accompanied at the conference by Karla de Palma, Director General of the Salvadoran Agency for International Cooperation, and Egriselda López, El Salvador’s Ambassador to the United Nations. Together, they presented the country’s commitment to development and international collaboration.

“We are a nation moving forward with firm and sustained steps toward development,” Hill concluded.
