From Security to Education: La Campanera School’s Stunning Renovation Promises a Brighter Future.

Today, the Minister of Public Security, Gustavo Villatoro, alongside the Ministers of Education, Mauricio Pineda, and Housing, Michelle Sol, officially handed over the completely remodeled La Campanera School Center, as part of an ongoing effort to revitalize public spaces for the benefit of children in the community.

Minister Villatoro emphasized the significance of this renovation, attributing it to the success of security strategies spearheaded by President Nayib Bukele. “Thanks to the successful security strategies led by President Bukele, we have recovered this school in La Campanera, which now belongs to generations of Salvadoran children who are growing up in an environment of peace and hope,” said Villatoro.

The newly refurbished school features air-conditioned classrooms and solar panels to provide sustainable energy. This transformation represents a new reality for the community, ensuring that children who previously couldn’t attend now have the freedom and safety to receive an education.

Villatoro stressed that this school renovation is part of a larger vision to change the country. “These changes we are making for this new reality and new El Salvador will be irreversible. This is another great dream and legitimate aspiration of President Bukele, a ruler who loves his country and his people,” he remarked.

The revitalization of La Campanera School is a clear reflection of the government’s commitment to creating a safer, more prosperous environment for Salvadorans, where education can flourish without the hindrance of violence.
