From January to December 2024, Bandesal issued more than $411 million in loans across four financial programs. Small businesses received over $134.53 million, while microenterprises secured $121.25 million, representing 29.4% of total funds. Medium-sized businesses obtained $59.71 million (14.5%), with a similar amount allocated to large companies.
Self-employed workers received the least funding, totaling $36.61 million (8.9%). A significant portion of the loans—$206.3 million—came through second-tier credit programs, while $126.76 million were direct loans, including funds for women entrepreneurs and green financing.
Overall, Bandesal reported a 28.3% increase in total financing compared to 2023, with loans rising from $321.19 million to over $411 million.
