The commerce sector, involving 141 companies, leads the charge with positions such as:

• 370 inventory control employees
• 214 sales executives or agents
• 202 pharmacists
• 100 cashiers and ticket sellers
Employers are looking for candidates with skills in teamwork, communication, sales management, inventory control, and familiarity with office software, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Digital Services and Technology Sector
In digital services, 61 companies will seek:

• 301 software developers
• 200 operators
• 120 maintenance technicians
• 90 civil engineers
The sector emphasizes skills in project management, IT fundamentals, office software, and advanced competencies in AI, software development, cloud computing, and data analysis.
Food and Beverage Sector
For the food and beverage industry, 54 companies are hiring:

• 100 waiters
• 90 bakers and pastry chefs
• 75 cooks
• 65 beverage and food operators
