As the Christmas season takes over El Salvador, the capital and various regions of the country are filled with vibrant festivities. Thanks to the governance of President Nayib Bukele, Salvadorans can enjoy the holidays with peace of mind, as security has improved, allowing both locals and visitors to freely partake in the celebrations.

The government has coordinated an exciting agenda of activities for the whole family, with support from ministries, mayors, and institutions ensuring a safe environment for everyone. Foreign visitors can also enjoy the festivities in confidence, as security measures are in place to provide protection across the country.
Among the highlights of the season is the Americas Winners Cup, which is set to reach its final tomorrow at the Beach Sports Stadium of the Flor Blanca Sports Complex. The event has drawn large crowds, and fans are invited to cheer for their favorite teams starting at 9:45 am.

In addition to sporting events, cultural activities are taking center stage. The First Lady of the Republic, Gabriela de Bukele, is working to bring more cultural and artistic experiences to public spaces for all Salvadorans to enjoy.

The festive season began with the inauguration of the El Cafetalón Christmas village and the lighting of the Christmas tree, which brought together families from all over the country to mark the start of the holidays. National and international tourists are also enjoying the lively atmosphere at the San Miguel Carnival, where the safety of all attendees is ensured by the National Civil Police (@PNCSV) and first response teams.

Tonight, the Historic Center of San Salvador is buzzing with excitement, as the entire country comes together to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year.
