In response to the growing interest of the Turkish business sector in expanding trade relations with Latin America, the Embassy of El Salvador in Türkiye recently participated in a promotional event organized by the Ankara Chamber of Commerce.
The event aimed to showcase and deepen the understanding of the commercial and investment opportunities that El Salvador offers, focusing on high-potential sectors of interest to Turkish businesses.
Salvadoran Ambassador Héctor Jaime highlighted the positive transformations that have positioned El Salvador as the top destination in the region for business and tourism. He shared valuable economic information, emphasizing El Salvador’s strategic advantages, such as various trade agreements, its key location close to major global markets, the diversity and quality of its export offerings, streamlined procedures, and enhanced security.
Additionally, Ambassador Jaime pointed out the country’s potential to serve as an operational hub for projects aiming to establish themselves in the region. “Without a doubt, we are a productive destination and a reliable partner to bring your business ideas to life,” the ambassador stated.
He also expressed gratitude to the Ankara Chamber of Commerce, its members, and the event attendees, who showed interest in El Salvador. “I hope this occasion opens new horizons and expands the economic and trade relations between our countries,” concluded the Salvadoran diplomat.
