The Salvadoran Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce are working together to expand business opportunities between El Salvador and Colombia. Today, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Adriana Mira, met with María Mónica Conde, Vice President of International Relations and Cooperation at the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, who arrived in El Salvador with a business delegation to promote economic exchanges and strengthen ties between the two countries.

In recent years, the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce has become a key ally for the Salvadoran Foreign Ministry and the Salvadoran Embassy in Colombia, organizing various initiatives aimed at boosting trade and investment between the two nations. This visit is focused on exploring new opportunities for productive projects in El Salvador.
The delegation’s agenda included meetings with representatives from the Ministry of Economy and the Salvadoran Investment and Export Promotion Agency (INVEST), among others. Discussions centered on the business climate, investment potential, and other areas of mutual interest.
During the meeting, Vice Minister Mira expressed her gratitude for the visit and welcomed the proposal. She reiterated El Salvador’s support for future initiatives that will create new business opportunities between Salvadoran and Colombian entrepreneurs.
