To position and promote Salvadoran coffee in the Belgian market, the Embassy of El Salvador in Belgium, in collaboration with Alchemists Coffee, hosted a cupping session with local roasters and coffee shops. The event featured a variety of coffee beans and processes highlighted in this year’s Cup of Excellence.
Mauricio Sansivirini, Executive Director of the Salvadoran Coffee Institute, presented the unique characteristics and exceptional quality of Salvadoran coffee. This activity not only underscores the global excellence of Salvadoran coffee but also encourages participation in the prestigious competition.
