El Salvador took center stage at the “Investment Opportunities in El Salvador” forum, an event organized by the Ministry of Economy, the Investment and Export Promotion Agency of El Salvador, and USAID El Salvador. The forum aimed to highlight the country’s business-friendly environment and the lucrative sectors open for investment.

Key sectors promoted at the event included: Technology, energy, and tourism.

The forum provided American business leaders with a comprehensive overview of the favorable conditions for establishing and operating businesses in El Salvador. The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to attract foreign investment and showcase the benefits and facilities available to international companies.

Prominent figures attended the event, including El Salvador’s Minister of Economy, María Luisa Hayem; Ambassador of El Salvador to the United States, Milena Mayorga; President of the Investment and Export Promotion Agency of El Salvador, Salvador Gómez Góchez; Director of Investments at the Ministry of Tourism, Vanessa Bandak; and the U.S. Chief of Mission in El Salvador, William Duncan.
