The building is made up of a tower of 40 apartments (in eight models) on a total construction area of 7,400 square meters. The building has amenities such as a swimming pool, a gym, and a coworking area, among others.
The company reported that the apartments range from 62 to 118 square meters. Prices start at $139,000, with a reserve amount of $5,000 and a 10% premium.
