A Salvadoran company invests $8.5 million in a housing project in San Salvador

The security climate in the country invites real estate developers to continue investing in the country. This is the case of a new housing project that will be executed in Colonia San Francisco, in San Salvador, with an investment of $8.5 million, which is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024.

This is Capitello 26, an apartment tower that has become the fourth that 3 Torres Desarrollodora de Inmuebles owns in the San Francisco neighborhood area.

The building is made up of a tower of 40 apartments (in eight models) on a total construction area of 7,400 square meters. The building has amenities such as a swimming pool, a gym, and a coworking area, among others.

The company reported that the apartments range from 62 to 118 square meters. Prices start at $139,000, with a reserve amount of $5,000 and a 10% premium.

«3 Torres is focused on designing, innovating and developing quality real estate projects, with the aim of improving the lifestyle of clients through the construction of comprehensive spaces under totally innovative concepts. With this vision, we have developed Capitello 26, the best place to call home; a modern and fresh housing concept for all lifestyles”, explained Donato Galdámez, General Manager of 3 Torres Developers of Real Estate.

On the other hand, the company reported that Capitello 26 can also be used as Airbnb, so its owners can enable their apartment rental service on this platform, which makes it a smart investment option for Salvadorans looking to increase their wealth by acquiring assets that generate income.
