The Ambassador of El Salvador in the United States, Milena Mayorga, met with the President of the State University of Fresno, Saúl Jiménez, in order to sign an agreement for the exchange of students and professors on the subject of agriculture.
“We are the best in the area of agriculture. It would be great to have students here as well as an exchange with teachers coming here” — Saúl Jiménez.
For her part, Mayorga mentioned that the government of President Nayib Bukele is making an important commitment to Salvadoran agriculture.
“We have a program and a project that is part of President Nayib Bukele’s platform, where we seek scholarships, but also exchanges,” the diplomat stressed.
This visit is one of the great efforts that the Salvadoran Ambassador is making in the North American nation, where she constantly establishes investment agreements in education and the economy for El Salvador.
