The Ambassador of El Salvador to the United States, Milena Mayorga, announced that the largest mining company in the state of Wyoming, JAI Energy, will carry out investment projects in El Salvador.
In response to a post by one of the founders, Justin Ballard, the Ambassador stated that “they are responsible for the largest mining company in the state of Wyoming and they already have a new investment commitment in El Salvador.”
«Thank you, Milena Mayorga, for the invitation to visit! The country and people are beautiful, and I’m excited to work together to expand the ways Nayib Bukele and Bitcoin are transforming” — Ballard posted.
The founders of JAI Energy LLC, Justin Ballard and Ryan Leachman, are part of the 12th business mission managed by Ambassador Mayorga, who recently arrived in El Salvador to learn about the country’s investment portfolio in Bitcoin, infrastructure, tourism, education, medicine, cinema, and others.
JAI Energy has its own mining farm located in Wyoming, and has become the largest Bitcoin mining farm in the state as of August 2021.
The company was formed specifically to mine and provide Bitcoin mining services for applications involving stranded, flared, and low-yielding natural gas streams. It also provides solutions for producers, intermediate groups, and energy providers to enable them to capture value from energy excess.
