Congressional Caucus Co-Chair Advances U.S.–El Salvador Investment Dialogue.

Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna, co-chair of the Congressional El Salvador Caucus, recently met with AmCham El Salvador members and representatives from Invest in El Salvador to discuss new avenues of economic cooperation.

The meeting underscored the importance of strengthening bilateral investment and highlighted El Salvador’s growing role as a partner in regional trade. Luna emphasized that fostering collaboration between U.S. and Salvadoran businesses is vital for long-term prosperity.

Participants exchanged perspectives on investment opportunities, focusing on sectors such as technology, infrastructure, and sustainable development. “Dialogue like this builds trust and opens doors for future projects,” noted one AmCham representative.

For Luna, the encounter was more than symbolic—it reinforced the Caucus’s mission to deepen ties between Washington and San Salvador. By engaging directly with business leaders, she positioned the U.S. as a committed ally in El Salvador’s economic growth.

The event concluded with optimism, as both sides expressed readiness to expand partnerships and pursue initiatives that could benefit communities across both nations.
