In a collaborative effort between the Embassy of El Salvador in Australia and Redbrick Coffee, one of Canberra’s premier coffee roasters, a special tasting event was held to highlight the exceptional quality of Salvadoran coffee. The event featured a presentation by Sean Teasdale, a producer and representative of the Salvadoran coffee company.
The coffee tasters at Redbrick Coffee had the opportunity to evaluate the quality of the Salvadoran beans, renowned for their “Cup of Excellence” status, across three processing categories. This thorough assessment aimed to showcase the distinctive characteristics and superior quality of Salvadoran coffee.
Ambassador Ernesto Dueñas, present at the event, emphasized the importance of such collaborations, stating, “With each sample, we strengthen our commitment to excellence.”
The event successfully highlighted the rich flavors and high standards of Salvadoran coffee, fostering greater appreciation and recognition for the country’s coffee industry among Australian coffee enthusiasts.
