El Salvador is taking center stage at the 40th edition of EXPOCOMER 2024, a Regional Trade Fair hosted at the Convention Center in Panama. Facilitated by the Embassy of El Salvador in Panama and the Export and Investment Promotion Agency of El Salvador (INVEST), this event, running from March 3 to March 7, serves as a crucial platform for showcasing the country’s exportable offerings in the region and aims to tap into new international markets.
Thirteen Salvadoran companies, representing diverse products and services, are participating in this significant event, with 11 securing exhibition space in the pavilion and two engaging in business meetings to expand their market presence.
Among the prominent companies featured at the Salvadoran pavilion are Discovery, Inversiones Montecarlo, Sabores Cosco, IUSA, FERSA S.A, Artes Gráficas Publicitarias, Textiles y Confecciones Industriales SA, Productos Tecnológicos, AS Analytics, IT project 41, American Doors SA de CV, Industrias Sanchia SA de CV, and Amazonas SA de CV.
The EXPOCOMER event boasts 800 exhibitor modules from 30 countries, providing Salvadoran businesses with opportunities to enhance and deepen their network of business contacts while fostering the exchange of experiences and knowledge.
In the inaugural ceremony, the Salvadoran diplomatic representation in Panama conducted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the El Salvador Pavilion, symbolizing the country’s commitment to fostering trade relations and showcasing its potential on the regional and international stage.
This participation underscores El Salvador’s dedication to promoting its vibrant business community and exploring avenues for economic growth through international trade and collaboration. As the Expo continues, Salvadoran enterprises are poised to make valuable connections, paving the way for increased exports and economic prosperity.
