The project commenced by targeting municipal plazas and parks, facilitating democratic internet access for the entire population. «Now, all of you, the students from various educational institutions, will have the opportunity to come and complete your assignments,» Secretary Méndez stated, addressing the students as the primary beneficiaries of this visionary endeavor.

Providing technical insights, Daniel Méndez revealed that approximately 500 devices can seamlessly connect to the internet simultaneously within the municipal square of San Isidro, Cabañas. This development opens doors to boundless learning and information dissemination.
